Our complimentary smart market program is generally designed for locations with enough regular traffic to support the market on its own.For smaller or lower-traffic locations, we may still be able to install, stock, and fully manage a smart market if the location is willing to provide a guaranteed monthly minimum.If you’re in the Columbus or surrounding Central Ohio area and are open to discussing a minimum arrangement, tell us about the location and we’ll see what may make sense.
Know a Great Location?
You don’t need to work there or be the decision-maker yourself.If you know a decision-maker at a workplace, apartment community, hotel, hospital, warehouse, manufacturing facility, office, or another location that could be a strong fit for a Modern Amenities smart market, send them our way.If your referral qualifies, results in a Modern Amenities installation, and the location remains active for 90 days, you’ll earn a $500 referral reward.
